Role Purpose
This is a great time to join a leading Borough Council as a Locum Adults Lawyer to work in their Social Care Team.
Working Arrangements - 1 day a month office attendance for a team meeting, rest can be working from home.
Key Responsibilities and Experience Required
- The lawyer must be local authority experienced in Court of Protection work.
- Judicial review.
- Ordinary residence.
- General Community care and aspects of the Mental Health Act.
Qualifications
- Must be a qualified solicitor England and Wales or Cilex qualified who is able to undertake litigation as an authorised person, we cannot accept unqualified candidates.
